Nutritional counselling looks at bringing together the individual’s needs relative to metabolism, body type and genetic tendencies with a person’s unique relationship to food. Goals are clearly defined at the beginning of the treatment and strategies are discussed to include an extensive personalised nutritional programme, access to counselling and goal balancing.
